E-learning has transformed the education landscape by integrating technology into teaching and learning. it provides students with flexible, accessible and interactive educational experiences. with advancements in digital technology, e-learning resources have become essential tools in both traditional and online classrooms. 

What is e-learning resources? 
E-learning refers to digital tools, platforms and content used to facilitate learning. they can be accessed via the internet, software applications or digital storage -devices. these resources enhance the learning experiences by providing interactive and self-paced education.

Definition of Collaborative and Communication tools  Collaborative and communication tools are essential interaction, cooperation and engagement among learners and educators. these tools include discussion forums, video conferencing platform (example like Zoom, Microsoft team), instant messaging apps (e.g., Slack), collaborative documents system (LMS) features such as group workspaces and chats.   Such tools foster active learning by promoting interaction, peer feedback and teamwork (Hrastinski,2009). they support asynchronous and synchronous communication, making it easier to accommodate diverse learning schedules and styles. skills such as digital literacy, communication and teamwork (Anderson, 2008).  Moreover, these tools can enhance motivation and engagement, especially when learners feel part of an interactive learning community and they encourage and a deeper understanding of course material when it is used effectively (Alons, F., Manrique, D., Martinez, L., ...
